I did have a picture of the whole ‘Thank you’ package, but it mysteriously dissipated from my camera. Damn my inconsiderate family..
This replacement console is my fifth one over a span of 3 years trying to ‘enjoy’ my 360.
The next time I have to send ANOTHER replacement 360 back to Microsoft, I’ll probably send the helpless apology letter with it. I’m sick of it, is it really that hard to come up with an idiot-proof heatsink for a graphics card and mobo? (and some fans that don’t blow [pun intended])
I’m 100% sure my computer has outlasted the 360 almost 17 times over now. The only reason I’m still in the Xbox scene is because I want to finish my year subscription to LIVE before ‘retiring’.
Where are you Microsoft? Why are you just standing around inconveniencing us like this!? Enough is enough…

Damn, 5 weeks? Mine has usually taken about 2-3 weeks, max.
I would be careful though, they usually don’t give the replacement 360′s the newest chipset’s. I had to buy a new 360, instead of going for my 4th repair, and This one works much better.
